This is a personal website of Karol Muszyński.

I am a socio-legal scholar. I am interested in employment relations, non-standard forms of employment (in particular gig work), labour law violations and circumventions, as well as in access to justice.

I am currently an assistant professor in labour and economic sociology at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Sociology, Department of Economic Sociology and Public Issues. 

I am a also research associate at the KU Leuven, Centre for Sociological Research, a research fellow at the Centre for Legal Education and Social Theory at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw, Poland and a research fellow at the Central European Labour Studies Institute.
